We’ve added a couple of features that may help you to stay closer to your money:
Upcoming transactions reminder: You’ll receive a summary e-mail containing all transactions that will occur on the next couple of days, so that you never forget to pay your mortgage again.
Monthly letter: Enable this to receive a monthly e-mail containing all relevant tips entered last month. There’s no excuse for not saving!
E-mail notification settings can be enabled or disabled at anytime from the configuration menu.
Hope you find these features useful! Please don’t hesitate to give us your feedback or ideas.

We’ve launched some improvements that should allow you to better visualize your transactions across all the different accounts you may have. A couple months ago we already added the ability to view transactions with a specified tag for all the accounts at once, and now we’ve added it to several other resources:
Reports and charts
New Balance chart, now you can select which accounts do you want to see reflected in it: a single one, a selectable set or all of them.

The same applies to the pie chart , and the date selection controls have been placed at top for easy filtering.

Compare tag graph has been fully reworked too

Reports also lets you to select which projects do you want on it.

Same with the tag cloud:

Limits
Finally now you can also define limits for various projects at once, so for example now you can define a global budget for ‘restaurant’ and be warned once you reach the limit 80% threshold, no matter which account you are paying from.

Enjoy it and don’t hesitate to contact us if you discover any bug

We’ve added some cool improves on the saving money world map:
- User avatar marks: Local tips are now represented with the current author’s avatar. Far better in order to locate the people who is helping us to save money!
- Draggable marks: When two local tip marks are overlapped, drag one of them to another area and magically it will show a cute blue arrow targeting the original location of the tip. Nice feature, isn’t it?

From today you can split a transaction into different ones. That’s very useful for example to track where did you exactly spent some cash you got from an ATM machine withdrawal.
To do it you just have to click on the “
Split” action of the desired transaction’s dropdown menu. It will bring you to the Split transaction form:

There you can enter all subtransactions. Please note that they are just for informative purposes, subtransactions doesn’t have neither data not tags, and they also don’t affect any balance (only the parent transaction does). This is the same behaviour as on the desktop software Intuit Quicken.
Once you’ve saved the split it will inmediately show on the transaction list as well as on the reports:

Hope it helps you to have a clearer view of your finances and don’t hesitate to give us feedback

Continuing with the dashboard redesign we have added a new feature: a free personal notes box. It’s a yellow box on the dashboard that looks like a post-it where you can write whatever you want. It could be useful for many things such as writing something you need to remember (for example that you owe a small amount to a friend so you don’t forget it).

Notes are private and they can’t be read by anyone but you.
Hope you find it useful

That’s what we are using on an upcoming project… more to come
