If the target project is on a different currency the amount will be converted automatically using the latest exchange rate (we update it every 6 hours for all supported currencies). A message containing the converted amount will be shown for you to confirm:

Finally if all the entered values are correct and the transfer has finished successfully there will appear a new transaction on the source and target projects. Following the example it would appear:
