Now you can give access to your projects to other users, either with readonly or readwrite rights. It’s designed for groups or associations that have joint budgets, expenses and income.

Think on an association, there may be a treasurer figure taking care of the accounting, but all the other members should be able to access to that info on real time as well. That’s what we provide.

You can invite someone to access any of your projects by clicking on Edit project , and there is a textbox where you can specify either the username or the email from a registered user. If the person you want to invite hasn’t got an account just enter his email address and he will receive a message with a link to confirm the invitation.

On the Edit project window you’ll get the list with all the invited users. From there you could also change his rights: readonly () or readwrite ().

Appart from the shared projects feature we are continuosly fixing bugs and improving things. For example we have hidden the tagcloud and the calculator (although you can show them up by clicking on their respective icons located on the upper toolbar), and also we have added the tag list on the right side.
